Business Description:  Wentworth Technologies is engaged in tool and mould making and related plastic processing for the packaging industry.  The mould making operations are involved in the design and manufacture of moulds for use in various types of plastic product manufacturing processes, including blow-moulding and injection-moulding.  The plastic processing operations manufacture plastic cups, lids, straws and other plastic products using thermo-forming technology and injection moulding processes.

Role:  Solaris acted as exclusive financial advisor to Wentworth, assisting in the negotiation and closing of this transaction. 

Outcome:  This financing provided Wentworth with the appropriate capital to execute its business plan.
