Ross Fletcher, Partner: Previously a partner at Orenda Corporate Finance, Ross has over 15 years of experience in corporate finance advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, buyouts and capital-raising activities across a wide variety of industries. Prior to joining Orenda in 1992, Ross was a senior manager in the corporate finance group of KPMG. From 1985 to 1989, he worked in KPMG’s auditing practice. Dan Lioutas, Partner: Dan was a partner with Orenda Corporate Finance since 1996, where he advised clients on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and related financing activities across a variety of industries. Prior to that, he held senior positions with the Ontario Ministry of Economic Development (1984-1996), where he negotiated government participation in a variety of large projects, including corporate restructurings, infrastructure financings and divestitures. Jeff Pocock, Partner: Jeff was a partner with Orenda Corporate Finance since 1998, advising corporate clients on M&A, divestitures, buyouts and capital-raising activities across a variety of industries. Before joining Orenda, Jeff was with the M&A group of RBC Dominion Securities Inc., providing advisory services to corporate clients. Prior to that, he was with KPMG Corporate Finance for nine years, most recently as vice president. Jeff graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a bachelor of arts in economics and an MBA from the University of Toronto. He is also a chartered accountant and a chartered business valuator. Jeff is Co-Chairman of the not-for-profit corporation, Bay Street Fore a Cause Inc.

Blair Roblin, Partner: Blair was previously a partner with Orenda Corporate Finance; senior vice president of M&A with Merrill Lynch Canada and its predecessor, Midland Walwyn; and managing director with CIBC Mergers & Acquisitions. Blair holds an LLB from the University of Western Ontario, an MBA from York University and is a chartered business valuator. James Ro, Vice President: James has been actively involved in a broad range of corporate advisory assignments including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, recapitalizations, as well as debt and equity financings. James started his investment banking career with Orenda Corporate Finance and, prior to joining Solaris at its founding, worked in Mergers and Acquisitions at Genuity Capital Markets where he advised on transactions in the technology and telecommunications industries. James graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University with a Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours).
